Fluidity In Motion

Our Vinyasa Flow class is a dynamic, energetic yoga class which utilises breath and movement to find flow. Designed to create balance and strength, the class consists of fast-paced sequencing with a few arm-balances and inversions thrown in. This is a great class for anyone with some previous yoga experience wanting to get moving and have some fun! Each class finishes with a calming relaxation, allowing you to re-centre the mind and body.
